APPLE MacBook Pro Late 2019 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The 2019 MacBook Pro is a slight improvement from the 2018 model with a smaller storage option and the option for a lower clocked 13 inch model. The 2019 MacBook Pro is considered to be a mid-cycle refresh to the MacBook Pro line-up. It features a 14 nm, 9th Generation “Coffee Lake” 2.6 GHz Intel “Core i7″ processor (I7-9750H) as well as 16 GB of onboard 2400 MHz LPDDR4 SDRAM. Apple has stuck with the same storage options as the previous model(256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB, 2 TB) and has reserved dedicated graphics cards for the 15″ models. Whilst this model also features 4 USB C ports as opposed to the 2 ports featured on the previous non-touch bar 13” model.
Storage
The storage included is a 256 GB or 512 GB of non-removable PCIe-based flash storage. This can be upgraded to 1 TB or 2 TB at the time of purchase.
Screen Size and Resolution
A 13.3” Retina display high resolution (2560×1600) LED-backlit widescreen is the default for the screen type and resolution in this model.
Processor & Graphics Processing Unit (GPU)
This MacBook Pro comes with MacOS X 10.14.5 (18F2058) and runs on a 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 (I7-9750H) processor with up to 4.5 GHz of Turbo Boost supported and a Radeon Pro 555X graphics processor with 4 GB of GDDR5 SDRAM. The system also has an Intel UHD Graphics 630 graphics processor that shares system memory.
Memory & Architecture
This MacBook Pro features a 6 MB shared level 3 cache with 16 GB of 2400 MHz LDDR3 SDRAM for its RAM. This can be upgraded to 32 GB at the time of purchase.
Battery Life
The MacBook Pro comes with a 83.6 watt-hour lithium polymer battery that provides 10 hours of a wireless web or iTunes Movie use. As applications and Mac OS becomes more efficient, so does the devices it runs on.
