AVer FONE700 Ceiling Speakerphone System with Expansion Microphone and Hub

AVer FONE700 Ceiling Speakerphone System with Expansion Microphone and Hub

The AVer FONE700 Ceiling Speakerphone System with Expansion Microphone and Hub is a professional audio conferencing solution designed for medium to large meeting rooms, boardrooms, training facilities, and hybrid collaboration environments. Its ceiling-mounted speakerphone design helps maintain a clean, uncluttered meeting space while providing clear audio coverage for participants. The included hub centralizes audio processing and device connectivity, making it easier to integrate the system into a professional video conferencing setup.

The FONE700 features an advanced microphone array consisting of three directional and 18 omnidirectional microphone elements. With 360-degree audio pickup and a pickup radius of up to 3.5 metres per speakerphone under suitable room conditions, it captures voices from different positions around the meeting room. Full-duplex audio, acoustic echo cancellation, automatic gain control, advanced noise reduction, and AI noise suppression help maintain natural conversations and reduce distracting background sounds.

The included expansion microphone supports broader audio coverage for rooms with additional participants or larger seating arrangements. The FONE700 system supports daisy-chaining of up to four compatible ceiling speakerphones, with power and connectivity delivered through a single RJ-45 cable from the hub to each unit. When paired with a compatible AVer USB camera, supported audio-tracking functionality can help create a more engaging conferencing experience by coordinating audio and video workflows.

The FONE700 Hub serves as the central connection point for computers, compatible AVer USB cameras, displays, and external audio equipment. It includes USB Type-C connectivity for computer integration, USB Type-A ports for compatible cameras and accessories, HDMI output for display connectivity, Ethernet for remote management, and audio input and output connections. Compatible with popular conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet, the AVer FONE700 provides a flexible audio solution for professional meeting spaces.
