Its versatile design allows it to be installed inside a meeting room as a video conferencing controller or outside the room as a scheduling panel, helping organizations manage meeting spaces more efficiently.

The Poly TC10 features an IPS touchscreen with WXGA resolution of 1280 × 800, a 16:10 aspect ratio, and 300-nit brightness for clear viewing and convenient touch operation. Its integrated scheduling functionality helps users check room availability and manage reservations, while multicolor LED indicators provide a visual indication of room status. The controller also includes a proximity sensor and an air quality sensor, supporting convenient room interaction and environmental monitoring. Compatible configurations support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and selected third-party conferencing applications when paired with supported Poly video systems.

Designed for straightforward installation, the HP Poly TC10 uses Power over Ethernet (PoE) to deliver power and network connectivity through a single Ethernet cable. It can be positioned on a table using the included stand or mounted on a wall or compatible glass surface. The device supports centralized management through Poly Lens and includes a Kensington security slot for physical protection. With its large touchscreen, flexible mounting options, and meeting scheduling capabilities, the TC10 is a practical addition to modern conference rooms, shared workspaces, and enterprise collaboration environments.
