Nature's Truth Beta Carotene 25,000 IU

Nature's Truth Beta Carotene 25,000 IU

Nature’s Truth Beta Carotene 25,000 IU offers vitamin A from beta-carotene in a convenient quick-release softgel. Beta-carotene is a carotenoid found in fruits and vegetables, including carrots, and is a precursor of vitamin A. This distinguishes it from vitamin A supplements made with other vitamin A sources: the manufacturer specifies that the vitamin A in this formula is supplied entirely as beta-carotene.

Each serving provides 7,500 mcg (25,000 IU) of vitamin A, supplied entirely as beta-carotene. The manufacturer identifies this formula as non-GMO and gluten-free. The serving information expresses the same vitamin A amount in both micrograms and international units. When comparing labels, consider the nutrient source and serving amount together rather than relying on the IU figure alone.

The manufacturer directs adults to take one quick-release softgel daily, preferably with a meal. Follow the directions and warnings on your bottle. Before use, review the complete ingredient list, serving information and warnings on your pack. If you are unsure whether the product is suitable for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
