This device is a BTO/CTO device which is nearly identical to MR942LL/A. We have listed this device separately as it has been configured with an upgraded processor when compared to the base model. This has been done to make it easier to catalog as well as easier to read. The 2018 MacBook Pro similar to MR932LL/A is a slight improvement from the 2017 model with a newer processor and an improved keyboard. The 2018 MacBook Pro is considered to be a mid-cycle refresh to the MacBook Pro line-up. It features a 14 nm, 8th Generation “Coffee Lake” 2.9 GHz Intel “Core i9” processor(8950HK) as well as 16 GB of onboard 2400 MHz DDR4 SDRAM. Apple has stuck with the same storage options as the previous model(256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB, 2 TB, 4 TB). All 15-inch models are equipped with dedicated graphics cards. Models can be equipped with either an AMD Radeon Pro 555X or 560X with 4 GB of dedicated GDDR5 memory. While the 2018 model features the new butterfly keyboard, no other external changes are visible between the 2017 and 2018 models.
